This policy covers the public marketing website at https://appliancevision.app (this site). It does not describe how a licensed store runs Appliance Vision on its own hosting — that data stays with the store that hosts it.

Appliance Vision is point-of-sale software built for appliance stores. Questions about this site can be sent to sethatkinson@outlook.com.

What this site collects

This site is a product overview. We do not run an open application form, account signup, or store-owner portal here. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message — so we can reply.

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL) to operate and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not embed a third-party analytics or advertising pixel. The host may set strictly technical cookies needed to deliver the site. You can block cookies in your browser; the public pages will still load.

How we use contact information

If you write to us, we use your message only to respond. We do not add you to a newsletter or an application waitlist unless you explicitly ask us to keep your note on file.

Licensed software

Appliance Vision is licensed as source you host. Customer, inventory, and invoice records in a running store copy are controlled by that store on its own infrastructure — not by this website.
